The Office of Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) specializes in the promotion of individual responsibility and personal development. Programs are designed to develop awareness toward integrity, ethical decision-making, conflict resolution, and supportive communication. Services include mediation, coaching sessions, and outreach workshops. These services are designed to provide students (undergraduate and graduate) with the college life skills necessary for academic and personal success at UCF.

DRS is Ready to Travel – Request a Workshop
DRS is available to come to a class, student organizational meeting, fraternity or sorority chapter meeting, and leadership team meeting this semester. Spring 2012 College Life Skills Workshop Series
DRS is presenting a College Life Skills series of workshops throughout the spring 2012 semester. These workshops are designed to assist UCF students (undergraduate and graduate) to be able to successfully maneuver through the sometimes complicated world of university life. Workshop topics are related to academic integrity, ethics, professionalism, supportive communication, mediation, and conflict management. Freshman receive 500 – 1000 LINK points for attending!
